A significant number of business opportunities have come to ERGOMED as ‘rescue’ operations whereby ERGOMED was assigned to set up and manage additional sites and countries or even awarded the whole contract from  the existing CRO. In this way we have successfully rescued various trials including trials in which we had no prior experience within the particular indication.  These successes are primarily due to our Study Site Management system and our long-term relationships with investigators.

In case of underperforming studies and poor patient recruitment ERGOMED can advise on the best choice of countries or regions and centres for rapid study set-up and execution thereby enabling studies to get back on track.
